Return & Refund Policy
- We do not accept exchanges for items sold.
- All the items have undergone high standards of quality checks and we assume there are no serious defects in our products. We will only accept returns for faulty products within 7 days of receipt.
- To return an item, please call or email our customer service team and we will assist you with return instructions. We will only accept returns that have been processed by our customer service team.
- The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- No refunds of payment allowed. Buyers will be responsible for any return postage incurred but will be compensated with free products. Lucoix Store will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the products, Lucoix Store will ship the replaced goods/products within 7-14 working days after the confirmation.
- Replacement of goods/products only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you may select any goods/products with same amount of price only.
- We reserve the right to deny refund if the items / goods do not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines
